With the festive season fast approaching, we are booking up quickly over Christmas and New Year.  We still have available a three night break over the Christmas weekend itself - from Friday 23rd December to Monday 26th December (Boxing Day) being £350.  The cottage will be beautifully decorated throughout December, creating a wonderful retreat to spend a romantic Christmas, or the perfect place to stay whilst visiting family or friends nearby.

The Stables' kitchen is impressively equipped, with absolutely everything you need to cook Christmas dinner for two.  The underfloor heating ensures that the cottage is a cosy place to stay no matter what the winter weather brings us! For guests who wish to attend Christmas church services, there are many options in Malmesbury, including at the historic Abbey, which has a traditional Midnight Mass on Christmas Eve, as well as a very popular 11am family service on Christmas Day, followed by Champagne in the South Aisle.  The Old Bell Hotel, next door to the Abbey and reputed to be the oldest hotel in England, serves delicious coffee and mince pies in front of a roaring fire - an experience not to be missed!  Do contact us if you are interested in booking over Christmas or for winter breaks at any other time.
